Trade Terms and Conditions

All orders placed with Atlanta Stone Centre shall be subject to these terms and conditions and shall refer to every written contract.
To secure your rights, please read all the terms and conditions before proceeding with any order or committing to approve any delivery, as you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by proceeding with any order or contract with Atlanta Stone Centre.
Please write or contact us if you are unsure about your rights, and ask for some clarification. Your rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
The buyer agrees that they have inspected the products, the subject of the transaction and that after the customer or agent has signed a delivery note acknowledging the receipt of the goods, they agree that the goods, as delivered, were in good order and condition.
Upon inspection of the items on arrival, whether they are not in suitable condition (damaged, scratched or bowed), the customer should decline the delivery and contact Atlanta Stone Centre via e-mail, and arrangements will be made for replacement at the time of delivery.
If delivery is approved and signed, Atlanta Stone Centre will take into account that the goods have been inspected and are in a suitable state.
Atlanta Stone Centre highly advises that the products supplied, to be presented to the end customer for acceptance prior to fabricating. Once cut or processed, the consumer acknowledged the good state of the products as they are and Atlanta Stone Centre will not be liable for any potential charges from either the customer (fabricator) or the end-user about pre-existing defects, batch, colour difference, scale, etc.
Samples are sold to customers and end-users as a colour and design reference, but samples differ from the finished product. Note batches range from 20mm and 30mm, as it is highly advised that there should be no joints between separate batches. If the customer needs a batch match from the previous order, this should be stated by e-mail before distribution, as Atlanta Stone Centre would not assume any obligation if it is not told, subject to the batch already available.
The thickness of the items is nominal and can vary marginally. We’re trying to maintain this difference under +/-3mm. Any concerns with products above this number should be identified to us just before fabricating to ensure that you get a supply exchange. When fabricated, we cannot consider any demands from either the customer or the end-user.
According to the Atlanta Stone Centre Terms of Sale and given within 30 days of the date of delivery, Atlanta Stone Centre can only allow the return of any goods which are deemed not acceptable due to cracks, presented via e-mail, provided that the goods have not been processed or further affected in any manner whatsoever. Restocking charges can apply for returned goods.
Ownership of all items supplied will remain beyond Atlanta Stone Centre until payment in full is obtained in cleared funds. Atlanta Stone Centre may refuse to accept an order or deliver upon fulfilment of either of the following conditions:

– Consumer having an accrued balance not previously settled upon.
– Products not being in stock.
